    In no case shall Green Vibes RVA, our director, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Are refunds available?

All plants are Green Vibes Certified and guaranteed for 30 days after purchase. If your plant dies within this timeframe, please reach out to us through our contact form for assistance. We will happily replace your plant as there are no refunds. 


Do you have a location?

Yes, Green Vibes Showroom is located at 1716 E. Franklin St, Richmond Va 23223. The hours will be from 10-6pm Saturday and Sunday. Please visit our social media pages for any updates.


Where is local pickup?

Local pickup will be at 1716 E. Franklin St, Richmond, Va 23223. You can choose an available pickup time during checkout.


Do I need to repot my plant?

No, not immediately. You will want to repot as the plant grows. We recommend planters with drainage holes at the bottom. Seeing the roots begin to grow out is a sign to repot. 


Where can I find your exotic plant selection?

Our exotic plants sell quickly! Please visit us at our showroom or at our next pop up event for a wider selection of exotic plants.


Will I get the plant in the picture?

It may not be the exact plant in the picture but it will be Green Vibes Certified.
